Le ministre des Infrastructures, du transport terrestre et du désenclavement s’est exprimé sur la cherté des tarifs sur l’autoroute à péage. Devant les députés, Mansour Faye minimise. « Celui qui n’a pas les moyens pour passer par l’autoroute n’a qu’à passer par la nationale », a-t-il déclaré à l’hémicycle lors du vote du budget de son département ministériel ce lundi.
Pour justifier ces tarifs, du reste exorbitants pour certains, le ministre avance qu’il faut bien que quelqu’un paye le financement de l’infrastructure. Et cela, poursuit-il, « c’est au usager de le faire ».
